Cheryl J. Campagne, a native of Connecticut, has been teaching out of out of her studio in New Hartford since 2012. Previously, she taught guitar at the Center of Art Education at Warner Theater. She teaches 3 styles of guitar — Acoustic, Electric, and Classical to beginners and intermediate students of all ages.
Playing guitar since her youth, Cheryl has studied in many master classes and guitar workshops under guitar greats including David Hamburger, Clarence Gatemouth Brown and Grammy Award winning song writer Robert Lee Castleman. Cheryl also studied at the community division of Hartt School of Music under Yovianna Garcia Alvarado and at the Music Conservatory with George Hadjimarkou, a classical guitarist from Cyprus.
A regular performer at Passiflora Tea Room in New Hartford, you can often see Cheryl and her students at live events.
In addition to teaching guitar, Cheryl is a singer and songwriter. Cheryl is a proud member of:
